    White Fish Lime Tacos

    1 1/2 pounds cod

    3 limes, juiced, divided

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon cumin

    1 cup cabbage, shredded

    1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

    1/2 cup grape tomatoes, sliced

    2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

    1/2 cup avocado, diced

    1 head Bibb lettuce, about 8 large lettuce leaves

    Dollop of plain yogurt to top [optional]

    Directions

    1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    2Marinate cod with lime juice (from 2 limes), pepper, and cumin for 10 minutes.

    3Place cod on parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes, until fish can be easily flaked. Once cooled, flake into pieces.

    4In a large bowl, combine cabbage, red onion, grape tomatoes, lime juice (from 1 lime), and cilantro.

    5Arrange large lettuce leaves on a large platter. Add the cabbage mixture to each lettuce cup. Top with cod pieces, then avocado pieces.

    6Add a dollop of yogurt to tacos before serving if desired.
