    Buckwheat Coco-Chip Overnight Oats

    Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats

    1/4 cup buckwheat groats

    1 tablespoon chia seed

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut

    2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

    1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk

    1 teaspoon maple syrup [or to taste]

    Directions

    1Measure dry ingredients into a 3 cup+ mason jar. Store until ready to make.

    2Add milk and maples syrup to jar. Shake to combine.

    3Let sit for 10 minutes then shake vigorously again.

    4Place in refrigerator overnight. Top with fruit if desired.
