Comprés primarily defends and prosecutes claims for national and international businesses in international arbitration and litigation matters, and counsels multinational companies in foreign and domestic claims. She represents clients in arbitration and related claims through the International Center for Dispute Resolution and the International Chamber of Commerce, among others, in all of the world’s major arbitration centers and under all the major arbitration rules, as well as investor-state arbitration under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties. She also handles all forms of international discovery and Hague Convention procedures.

sales and consignment, supply and distribution, and in the oil and gas industry. In
