Tomasz Wosiak is the executive chef for the TC Restaurant Group, renowned for putting country music stars in the restaurant business. The group’s signature place, Tequila Cowboy, has locations in four cities and its flagship store is featured in the ABC TV series “Nashville”.
The TC Group also operates numerous venues in the Nashville area including, Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, FGL (Florida-Georgia Line) House, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Sun Diner, Luigi’s City Pizza, Crazy Town and Wanna B’s Karaoke Bar.
Chef Tomas was a featured speaker at the Southeast Produce Council Southern Innovations Expo in Nashville.
