When the first sweet Vidalia onions of the season started packing and trucks hit the road at 8 a.m. Friday, we were there with our cameras to capture it all.
The first thing we wanted to know was, Why do Vidalia onions have an official start date and time (this year it was 8 a.m. April 20)?
The next thing we wanted to know is how has this year’s crop come together?
And the last thing we wanted to know? Where can we get some!
You’ll find all those answers in this report that aired live on RFD-TV Friday from Vidalia, GA
