NEW ORLEANS — From kiwis to clementines and everything in-between, it was all on the floor at PMA Fresh Summit here Oct. 19-21 at the Ernest P. Morial Convention Center, where more than 19,500 gathered to celebrate everything fresh.

And that’s more than just the food — it’s fresh ideas about where it’s all coming from and how it all gets there, how it’s packaged and how it’s marketed.
