HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC — The Southeast Produce Council’s fall conference has always been a great gathering for networking and catching up. But the evolution this year to the Southern Innovations Organics and Foodservice Expo was a game-changer.
The value-added element was evident in everything from increased attendance — especially among the buyer segment — to attendee enthusiasm to the addition of 73 booths at the expo that drew non-stop traffic and provided plenty of opportunities for one-on-one interaction.
Our crew covered the expo from wall-to-wall, talking to exhibitors and Council leadership for an overview with what instantly became a must-attend conference for anyone working in the organic or foodservice spaces.
Above is our video report from the show floor. You can also take a look at our video exclusive with author, TV host and keynote speaker Daphne Oz HERE, an up-close look at the organic and foodservice workshop series HERE, and our hysterical footage from The Founders Memorial Golf Tournament HERE .
Still more videos to follow in coming days as we’ll look at the Southern Roots luncheon, the Friday night dinner gala and a jammin’ tailgate party that closed the show.
